What Shipping Methods Are Available?

All of our orders are shipped by Canada Post Xpress within 1-2 business upon confirmed payment. A tracking number will be provided via auto-email once your has been package and dropped off at Canada Post. If you receive a tracking number and it doesn’t work instantly within the Canada Post system, please allow 12-18 hours for it to be processed and entered by Canada Post. The tracking will start to work once it’s scanned at their main sorting facility. If you haven’t received a tracking, please check your junk mail to ensure that it hasn’t gone in their by accident. If you live in a remote area please allow a couple extra business days to receive your order. Typical delivery times within Canada are 2-4 business days.

Shipped fees are $20 for orders under $$100 and free for orders over $100

Your delivery is guaranteed unless you provide an inaccurate/incomplete address. Please make sure to always include a unit number if you have one with your condo or townhouse.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time of confirmed payment. From the time of shipping you can expect to receive your package within 2-4 business days depending on your location. Please allow for extra time if you live in a remote area, times of extreme weather conditions such as winter months, or other delays that are uncontrollable. Canada Post is the manager of the shipping package, all orders are sent with signature required. Once it’s posted on the Canada Post website that the package has been delivered we deem this as a successful delivery. We will not refund you for any delays or late shipment due to Canada Post. 

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We offer payment options for your convenience.

  1. Interac E-transfer. If you use online banking with a Canadian bank or credit union, then sending a transfer take minutes to 1 hour to complete. We are available to accept your e-transfer during regular business hours and will process your order once a confirmed payment has been accepted. Instructions will be provided to you once you have completed your order. Please note that we will not accept your payment if you include to CBD or invoice number in the message section of the e-transfer. Your order is linked by your name or email that the interact e-transfer was sent from. If you’ve placed an order under a different name you will need to contact us immediately to let us know the name to link payment for your order. Your order will ship only after E-Transfer have been received. If we receive your payment by 12pm EST, your order ships that business day, or else it ships the next business day.


How Do I Send An E-transfer?

If you use online banking with a Canadian bank/credit union, then sending an Interac E-transfer takes just a couple of minutes.

How do I place an Order?
  1. Search the product section: Locate the cbd products you are interested in
  2. Add To Cart: Click on the desired product(s), choose your quantity then click “Add to Cart”
  3. Checkout: Once completed and you are ready to checkout, click on the shopping cart icon (top right of your screen) and you will be directed to the view cart page.
  4. Login Or Register: In the Checkout page you will have the option to register for a free account or sign in to your previous account to save time. To login with your email address and password will bring you to your account which will have your account history and previous purchases. If this is your first time registering with us, you will need to provide your email and choose a password and an account will be set up for you.
  5. Accept Terms & Condition: Once you’ve filled in all the required fields, you’ll need to accept the Terms and Conditions then click “Place Order”
  6. Payment Instructions: On the Checkout Confirmation page, you will see your order number and instructions on sending an Interac E-transfer or pay with Bitcoin. Orders only ship after E-transfer or bitcoin payment has been received and verified.
  7. Xpresspost Tracking: Once we collect your E-Transfer, your order will be processed and will ship the following business day. We’ll email your Xpresspost tracking number. Please check your junk box before messaging asking for tracking as we automatically send tracking out with each order. Not we do not ship on weekends so if you have placed your order after 12PM EST on Friday it will not ship out till Monday at which time a tracking number will be provided.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Any changes to the order should be done by entering a new order. The previous order will be cancelled to ensure no errors during the processing and shipping transaction. Please contact us via email cs@cecixazu.myhostpoint.ch with the order number you would like canceled.

If a customer has placed an order and completed interact e transfer but wants to add/change their order, simply contact us as soon as possible to avoid extra shipping costs.

How Will My Order Be Packaged?
  • All packages are discreet and packed to look like regular mail.
  • Product is first placed in a ziplock bag before being placed in the mailer. There is no need to worry about smell as the products are contained and packed with bubble wrap or a box for protection. 
  • Product is then placed in a discreet unmarked parcel with a shipping label
  • Extra care is always taken to ensure that you receive your package without any damage.
How Do I Track My Order?

You will receive a tracking number to your email once it’s been picked up by Canada Post. Please check your junk mail for the tracking if you do not see it after 1-2 shipping days. You can use the link within the email to track your order or place your tracking number directly into the Canada Post website tracking feature. Also, if you created your account when making an order, you can log into your account to find your tracking information.
